Islam Atef serves as a Legal Researcher at HLP Law, and possesses extensive experience in legal practice and in the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates. Islam represents clients before the courts, as well as before governmental and non-governmental authorities. He is also experienced in handling all judicial procedures, including execution matters and criminal cases, in addition to his proficiency in drafting memoranda, pleadings, statements of claim, and appeal and cassation petitions. Islam has gained valuable legal experience and knowledge, along with broad cultural awareness. Prior to joining HLP, he worked as a Legal Researcher at a reputable law firm in the United Arab Emirates since 2019. Before that, he practiced as a lawyer in the Arab Republic of Egypt since 2017, specializing in employment law, criminal law, civil law, and general commercial litigation. Islam completed his degree at Beni Suef University in Egypt in 2016. He is also a member of the Egyptian Bar Association and is licensed to appear before the Egyptian courts.
